Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided that the item meets the return eligibility requirements above.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@manifestcipher.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please also include photos of the issue.

If your return request is approved, we will send you return instructions, including where and how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost.

For returns due to personal reasons, such as change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer wanting the item, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@manifestcipher.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, used, damaged after delivery, or returned without the original packaging and proof of purchase.

Custom or personalized items, gift cards, and final sale items are also non-returnable unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please contact us at support@manifestcipher.com if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
