All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons, promotional periods, or holidays, order processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries and regions:

United States
Canada

At this time, we do not ship to countries or regions outside the United States and Canada.

Estimated Shipping Time and Fees

Estimated delivery times and shipping fees are as follows:

United States: 7–15 business days, free shipping on all orders.
Canada: 7–15 business days, free shipping on all orders.

Shipping Fees

We offer free shipping on all orders shipped to the United States and Canada. There is no minimum order amount required for free shipping.

The shipping fee will be shown as $0.00 at checkout before payment.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, local carrier delays, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after the package has been dispatched.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees may be charged by your local customs authority.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
